to start Summary/Objective The customer service associate is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with customers and installers.
Essential Daily Duties:
Assists in making customer confirmation phone calls Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location(s), company fax numbers, company website and other related information Data entry -Moraware; Lowe's and Home Depot portals Retains up to date knowledge of company products Cooperate with team members and support a culture of collaboration Additional tasks as assigned Competencies Communication Proficiency Computer Proficiency Detail Oriented Time Management Customer/Client Focus Problem Solving/Analysis Teamwork Orientation Punctual, reliable, flexible Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Required Experience High school diploma or GED 1 -2 years of customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good organizational skills Computer experience - data entry, Microsoft and Google products Why Kelly ?
